What problem do you strive to overcome?
Sometimes clients find it challenging to express their feelings and emotions verbally. They aren’t sure if therapy is for them as they feel like they have to talk about all their experiences to a complete stranger. Using an integrative approach within the therapeutic process, I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet the individual needs of each client, drawing on a diverse range of techniques. I bring a blend of empathy and artistic expression to my practice, creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. In creating this space together we can work to find techniques that best suit you for regulations, work towards your therapy goals and strengthen relationship building.
