This will start the process of getting to know each other and see if this is the service for you. Any additional information will support in providing the best care possible. We will also discuss fees, safeguarding and confidentiality.
After this no-obligation consultation, you can book directly on JaneApp at an appointment convenient to yourself.
Face to Face appointments will be held at:
1st Floor, Office 3, 1a Asquith Avenue, Morely, Leeds, LS27 9QA.
I will be as adaptable with methods of communication as I can be in order to reduce anxiety and time stress wherever possible.
I will aim to have the report completed 3 weeks after the final appointment.
