Who is the EHCP Service for?
Those who need support traversing the EHCP process – parents, care givers, guardians, parent-carers, grandparents and so on.
If you would just like a detailed overview or for us to check if a plan is needed; please book a school meeting preparation session under Family Support on JaneApp here.
If your school are supporting the decision and applying for the child but you need us to shine a light on understanding the process; please book a school meeting preparation session under Family Support on JaneApp here.
If, however, you would like to make a parental request and need guidance with your application then Lighthouse Therapy Hub can forge a path turning your child’s darker day into a brighter tomorrow. The first step in the process is applying for a needs assessment. Depending in how much support you require please book 2-4 hour (double) EHCPNA (Educational Health Care Plan Needs Assessment) session under Family Support on JaneApp here.
If you need support during an appeal please contact Lighthouse Therapy Hub for specific hours and session availability.
Once the Needs Assessment has been completed Lighthouse Therapy Hub can review Educational Healthcare plans before finalising, offering recommendations and changes the Local Authority should consider to ensure the plan is specific and clear so as to leave no room for doubt as to what has been decided is necessary for your child. Select the EHCP checker session on JaneApp here.
Please note that a majority of this work will be done remotely via email.
