How can I get prepared for the session?

We understand it can be scary meeting someone new or seeking support potentially for the first time. At Lighthouse Therapy Hub we aim to make everyone feel as welcome.

Please let us know if there are any reasonable adjustments needed to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

Whilst you may have obvious pressing issues consuming your mind, it might be worth taking the time to keep a diary or journal, jotting some notes on how you feel, what you have been up to or just any observations that come to mind. This is not compulsory, or the need to share any of this information with your therapist it may just allow you to feel more confident or self-aware entering the session.
